促红素联合复方硫酸亚铁叶酸片治疗肾性贫血疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Erythropoietin Combined with Compound Ferrous Sulfate Folic Acid Tablets on Renal Anemia

目的:研究促红素联合复方硫酸亚铁叶酸片治疗肾性贫血的临床效果。方法:选取来我院接受治疗的60例肾性贫血患者作为研究对象,随机分为常规组和联合组,各30例。常规组采用促红素治疗,联合组采用促红素联合复方硫酸亚铁叶酸片治疗。治疗3个月后对疗效进行观察。结果:治疗前,组间H血红蛋白(Hb)、血肌酐(Scr)、血清铁(Fe)、总铁蛋白结合力(TIBC)、转铁蛋白饱和度(TFs)等指标对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,联合组Hb、Fe、TIBC、TFs等指标均高于常规组及治疗前,Scr指标则低于常规组及治疗前,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组治疗总有效率明显高于常规组,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组不良反应发生率明显低于常规组,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组治疗满意度评分明显高于常规组,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:促红素联合复方硫酸亚铁叶酸片治疗肾性贫血疗效显著。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of erythropoietin combined with compound ferrous sulfate folic acid tablets in the treatment of renal anemia.Methods:60 patients with renal anemia who came to our hospital for treatment were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into routine group and combined group,with 30 cases in each group.The routine group was treated with erythropoietin,while the combined group was treated with erythropoietin and compound ferrous sulfate folic acid tablets.After 3 months of treatment,the curative effect was observed.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Hb,Scr,Fe,TIBC and TFs between groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the indexes of Hb,Fe,TIBC and TFs in the combined group were higher than those in the conventional group and before treatment,while the Scr indexes were lower than those in the conventional group and before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction score of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Erythropoietin combined with compound ferrous sulfate folic acid tablets is effective in the treatment of renal anemia.
