分析中药饮片仓库管理中双人核对管理模式的应用

Analysis of the Application of Double Check Management Mode in the Management of Chinese Medicine Decoction Pieces Warehouse

目的:探讨应用双人核对管理模式在中药饮片仓库管理中起到的效果。方法:在我院于2017年7月至2019年6月时间内分购的定额中药饮片进行分组管理,两组管理批次均为2148例,在研究组中应用双人核对管理,而对照组则应用常规管理,而后观察两组管理的实际效果、情况,并在管理结束后对两组药品管理情况进行统计、对比。结果:药品入库记录准确率、药品去向明确率、药品差额变化及方时率等方面研究组的管理效果均要高于对照组的仓库管理效果(P<0.05),而在药品不合格报损率方面研究组中的报损率也更低(P<0.05)。结论:可以看出,双人核对管理模式不仅具备较高的仓库管理效果,还能在一定程度上避免药品损坏,故而双人核对管理模式拥有良好的应用价值,值得广泛推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of applying the double check management mode in the management of traditional Chinese medicine decoction warehouse.Methods:The standardized Chinese medicine decoction pieces purchased in our hospital from July 2017 to June 2019 were grouped and managed.The two groups of management batches were 2148 cases.In the study group,double check management was applied,while the control group was used.Apply routine management,and then observe the actual effect and situation of the two groups of management,and statistics and comparison of the two groups of drug management after the end of management.Results:The management effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),such as the accuracy of drug storage records,the clear rate of drug departure,the change of drug balance and the time rate of the study group.It was higher than the control effect of the control group(P<0.05),and the reported loss rate in the study group was also lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:It can be seen that the double check management mode not only has high warehouse management effect,but also can avoid drug damage to a certain extent.Therefore,the double check management mode has good application value and is worthy of widespread promotion.
