腔内激光联合新型敷料对下肢静脉性溃疡伤口愈合的影响

Effects of Endovenous laser Treatment Combined with New Dressings on Wound Healing of Venous leg Ulcers

目的:探讨在下肢静脉性溃疡(VLU)伤口愈合中,运用腔内激光(EVLT)联合新型敷料的效果。方法:选取患有VLU的80例患者,随机分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组40例患者使用EVLT治疗,观察组40例患者使用EVLT联合新型敷料治疗。比较两组临床疗效、溃疡面积、愈合情况。结果:观察组患者临床治疗有效率95.00%高于对照组80.00%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后溃疡面积小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后换药次数少于对照组、治愈时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:EVLT联合新型敷料可以减小溃疡面积、加快恢复速度,疗效显著。

Objective:To investigate the effect of endovenous laser treatment(EVLT)combined with new dressings on wound healing of venous leg ulcers(VLU).Methods:80 VLU patients were randomly divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40).The control group was given EVLT,while observation group was given EVLT combined with new dressings.The clinical curative effect,ulcer areaandhealing statuswere compared between the two groups.Results:The response rate of clinical treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group(95.00%vs 80.00%)(P<0.05).After treatment,ulcer area of observation group was less than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,number of dressing changes in observation group was less than that in control group,andhealing time was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:EVLT combined with new dressings can reduce ulcer area and speed up recovery,with significant curative effect.
