改良法口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散在结肠镜检查肠道准备中的应用

Application of Modified Oral Polyethylene Glycol Electrolytes Powder in Bowel Preparation for Colonoscopy

目的:探讨改良法口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散在结肠镜检查肠道准备中的应用价值。方法:选取在本院行结肠镜检查的患者240例,依据单盲法分为试验组和对照组,各120例。对照组患者采用常规法口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散行肠道准备,试验组采用改良法口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散行肠道准备。比较两组肠道清洁度、患者依从性、不良反应。结果:试验组BBPS评分、肠道清洁优良率、总依从率较对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:结肠镜检查前采用改良法口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散行肠道准备可提升肠道清洁度,提高患者依从性,且未明显增加不良反应,安全性较高。

Objective:To study the application value of modified oral polyethylene glycol electrolytes powder in bowel preparation for colonoscopy.Methods:240 cases with colonoscopy in the hospital randomly were divided into experimental group and control group,with 120 cases in each group.Control group took routine oral polyethylene glycol electrolytes powder for bowel preparation,and experimental group took modified oral polyethylene glycol electrolytes powder.The intestinal cleanliness,compliance,adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results:The Boston bowel preparation scale(BBPS)score,good rate of intestinal cleanliness,total compliance in experimental group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05);There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Modified oral polyethylene glycol electrolytes powder before colonoscopy can increase intestinal cleanliness and compliance of patients,not increase adverse reactions,and have higher safety.
