布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎的疗效及护理措施

Curative Effect and Nursing Measures of Budesonide Nebulized Inhalation in Children with Asthmatic Bronchitis

目的:探讨布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎的疗效及护理措施。方法:将收治的60例喘息性支气管炎患儿随机分为观察组与对照组各30例,对照组给予布地奈德雾化吸入治疗及基础护理,观察组在此基础上给予针对性护理措施。疗程结束后,比较两组治疗有效率、依从性及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿依从性显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿不良反应率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对性护理应用于经布地奈德雾化治疗的小儿喘息性支气管炎,可提高治疗疗效及患儿治疗依从性,还能有效控制药物不良反应发生情况,提升治疗效果。

Objective:To explore the efficacy and nursing measures of budesonide nebulized inhalation in the treatment of asthmatic bronchitis in children.Methods:Sixty children with asthmatic bronchitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group children were given budesonide nebulized inhalation treatment and basic care.The children in observation group were based on this.Give targeted care measures.After the course of treatment,the two groups were compared for treatment efficiency,compliance and adverse reactions.Results:After treatment,the treatment efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was significantly lower.In the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Targeted nursing applied to pediatric asthmatic bronchitis treated with budesonide nebulization can improve the curative effect and compliance of children with treatment.It can also effectively control the occurrence of adverse drug reactions and improve the treatment effect.
