半夏泻心汤加减治疗对寒热错杂型慢性胃炎患者疗效以及生活质量的影响

Effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction on the Efficacy and Quality of Life of Patients with Chronic Gastritis

目的:探究半夏泻心汤加减治疗寒热错杂型慢性胃炎患者的临床效果。方法:选取60例寒热错杂型慢性胃炎患者分组研究,观察组、对照组各30例,分别行常规治疗与半夏泻心汤加减治疗,对比两组效果、生活质量评分。结果:较之对照组,观察组腹痛评分显著下降,其它生活质量评分均大幅提升(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%,对照组治疗总有效率为66.67%远低于观察组(P<0.05)。较之对照组,观察组嗳气、口干口苦、胃脘胀痛及纳呆食少症状消失时间明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论:给予寒热错杂型慢性胃炎患者半夏泻心汤加减治疗,治疗效果优于常规治疗,患者生活质量得到明显改善。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of patients with cold and hot miscellaneous chronic gastritis.Methods:Sixty patients with chronic gastritis chronic gastritis were enrolled.The observation group and the control group were treated with routine treatment and Banxia Xiexin Decoction.The effects and quality of life scores were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the abdominal pain score of the observation group decreased significantly,and the other quality of life scores increased significantly(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 66.67%,which was much lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly shorter time to disappear from hernia,dry mouth and mouth pain,stomach cramps and symptoms of poor appetite(P<0.05).Conclusions:The treatment of patients with cold and hot miscellaneous chronic gastritis with Banxia Xiexin Decoction is better than conventional treatment,and the quality of life of patients is significantly improved.
