全面护理在臭氧联合阴道塞药治疗阴道炎中的应用

The Application of Comprehensive Nursing in the Treatment of Vaginitis with Ozone Combined with Vaginal Plug

目的:探究和讨论在臭氧与阴道塞药联合治疗妇科阴道炎中应用全面护理的临床效果。方法:选取我中心妇科收治的60例阴道炎患者,随机将其分为两组(对照组与观察组),两组人数均为30例。在治疗的同时给予对照组常规护理,给予观察组全面护理。比较分析两组患者的应用效果。结果:护理前,两组患者的生活质量评分、焦虑评分、抑郁评分比较,P>0.05;护理后,观察组的生活质量评分高于对照组,焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的住院时间、白带复常时间、阴道瘙痒消退时间、阴道黏膜充血水肿消退时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在臭氧与阴道塞药联合治疗妇科阴道炎的基础上应用全面护理能够提高临床治疗效果,使用价值高,值得临床应用。

Objective:To explore and discuss the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of gynecological vaginitis with ozone and vaginal plug.Methods:60 patients with vaginitis admitted to our center were randomly divided into two groups(control group and observation group).The number of patients in both groups was 30.At the same time of treatment,routine nursing was given to the control group and comprehensive nursing was given to the observation group.The effects of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results:Before nursing,the quality of life score,anxiety score and depression score of the two groups were compared,P>0.05;After the nursing,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the anxiety and depression scores were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time,leucorrhea time,vaginal itching time,and vaginal mucosal congestion and edema regression time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The comprehensive nursing based on the combination of ozone and vagina stopper can improve the clinical effect,and it is worth clinical application.
