产科分娩中静脉滴注缩宫素的护理体会

Nursing Experience of Intravenous Infusion of Oxytocin in Obstetric Delivery

目的:观察并分析产科分娩过程中静脉滴注缩宫素的护理干预措施及效果。方法:选择我院于2016年1月至2018年6月收治的66例产妇作为临床观察对象,所有产妇在分娩过程中予以缩宫素静脉滴注,并联合采取护理干预措施,观察并分析产妇的分娩结局。结果:本组66例产妇第一产程时间为(327.46±102.74)min,第二产程时间为(41.09±11.86)min,第三产程时间为(5.64±0.34)min;产后2h出血量为(160.84±16.20)mL;阴道手术助产2例;新生儿轻度窒息1例;剖宫产手术18例;产妇分娩过程中疼痛程度分别为:无痛4例,1级23例,2级33例,3级6例。结论:在产科分娩中予以缩宫素静脉滴注联合护理干预措施,产妇疼痛程度、剖宫产率以及阴道手术助产率均较低,且各个产程时间均较短,新生儿情况更好,值得进一步研究和完善。

Objective:To observe and analyze the nursing intervention measures and effects of intravenous oxytocin infusion during obstetric delivery.Methods:66 parturients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to June 2018 were selected as clinical observation objects.All parturients were given intravenous drip of oxytocin during delivery.Nursing intervention measures were taken to observe and analyze the delivery outcome of parturients.Results:The first stage of labor was(327.46±102.74)min,the second stage was(41.09±11.86)min,and the third stage was(5.64±0.34)min.The blood loss at 2 h postpartum was(160.84±16.20)mL.Vaginal operation and midwifery in 2 cases;Mild asphyxia in 1 newborn;Cesarean section in 18 cases;The pain degree of parturient women during delivery was 4 cases of painlessness,23 cases of grade 1,33 cases of grade 2,and 6 cases of grade 3.Conclusions:Oxytocin intravenous drip combined with nursing intervention measures in obstetric delivery,maternal pain,cesarean section rate and vaginal surgery assisted rate are lower,and each stage of labor is shorter,the situation of newborns is better,it is worth further study and improvement.
