局部用药联合护理干预治疗复发性霉菌性阴道炎的疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Local Medication Combined with Nursing Intervention on Recurrent Mycotic Vaginitis

目的:分析局部用药联合护理干预治疗复发性霉菌性阴道炎的疗效。方法:随机选择本院2017年11月至2018年11月54例复发性霉菌性阴道炎患者,随机分为对照组与实验组(各27例),其中对照组进行局部用药治疗,实验组采取局部用药联合护理干预治疗方式,在随访1年后进行患者复发情况的观察。结果:患者发病因素:16例为抗生素使用,15例为手足癣,11例为糖尿病,13例为其他原因。患者临床治疗后,实验组总有效率96.2%,较高于对照组66.6%,组间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者随访复发情况对比,实验组复发率7.4%,较低于对照组40.7%,组间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复发性霉菌性阴道炎患者临床治疗时,采取局部用药联合护理干预方式治疗,其治疗效果较为显著,避免病情复发。

Objective:To analyze the effect of local medication combined with nursing intervention on recurrent mycotic vaginitis.Methods:54 patients with recurrent mycotic vaginitis were randomly divided into two groups,namely the control group and experimental group,each group of 27 patients,topical treatment with the control group,experimental group to take local drug combination nursing intervention treatment,observation of patients relapse in follow-up of 1 year.Results:16 cases were treated with antibiotics,15 with tinea manus,11 with diabetes and 13 with other causes.After clinical treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.2%,which was higher than that of the control group(66.6%),and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the experimental group was 7.4%,lower than that in the control group(40.7%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:In the clinical treatment of patients with recurrent mycotic vaginitis,local medication combined with nursing intervention is adopted,and the therapeutic effect is relatively significant to avoid recurrence of the disease.
