基于Burnett法研究R1234ze(E)/R152a的PVTx性质

摘要 本文利用Burnett等温膨胀法原理,建立高精度压力-体积-温度(PVTx)实验台,对新型环保工质R1234ze(E)/R152a进行了热物性测试,在温度范围为285.15~310.15 K时,测量了R1234ze(E)质量分数为0.40~0.50下的PVTx性质。结果表明:实验装置的温度、压力的不确定度在±10m K、±4.0kPa以内,所得的实验数据的相对误差都在±0.06%以内;得到密度和压缩因子表,同时在实验数据的基础上拟合相对温度与压力下该混合工质的密度与气体维里方程,得出第二维里系数和第三维里系数,为R1234ze(E)/R152a作为新型替代环保制冷剂提供了详细数据。 Based on the principle of Burnett isothermal expansion method,a high-precision pressure-volumetemperature(PVTx)test bench is established in this paper,and the thermal property test of the new environmental protection working medium R1234ze(E)/R152a is carried out.The mass fraction of R1234ze(E)is measured in temperature range of 285.15-310.15 K.It is a PVTx property of 0.40-0.50.The results show that the uncertainty of temperature and pressure of the experimental device is within±10 mK and±4.0 kPa,respectively,and the relative deviations of the experimental data are within±0.06%.The density and compression factor tables are also obtained.Based on the experimental data,the density and gas virial equations of the mixed working fluid under relative temperature and pressure are fitted,and the second and third dimensional coefficients are obtained,providing detailed data for R1234ze(E)/R152a as a new alternative environmentally friendly refrigerant.
