基于B/S架构的医疗耗材溯源管理系统的构建

Construction of traceability management system of medical consumables on the basis of B/S architecture

目的:构建医疗耗材安全溯源体系,建立医疗耗材溯源管理信息化系统。方法:从医疗耗材全生命周期内生产、仓储、转运及使用等的需求出发,基于浏览器与服务器(B/S)结构,采用数据关联、多维数据查询及二维码编码等方法,建立医疗耗材溯源管理信息化系统。结果:通过构建医疗耗材溯源管理信息化系统,实现了医疗耗材溯源管理功能,简化了操作过程,从流程上全面覆盖了可能影响耗材质量的各种因素,提高了突发耗材相关不良事件应急处置能力。结论:建立医疗耗材溯源管理系统,可实现信息完整性校验、风险预警、问题溯源和效期提醒的功能,为深层分析耗材不良事件原因提供信息化平台,对于医院构建类似系统具有一定的参考价值。

Objective:To construct a safe traceability system of medical consumables and to establish informatization system of traceability management of medical consumables.Methods:Depended on the requirements of production,storage,transportation and usage in the whole life cycle of medical consumables,and based on B/S structure,and adopted data association,inquiry of multidimensional data and encoding of quick response(QR)code to establish informatization system of traceability management of medical consumables.Results:By constructing the informatization system of traceability management of medical consumables,the function of traceability management of medical consumables was realized,and the operation process was simplified.On the process,the factors which might affect the quality of consumables were completely covered and the ability of emergency disposal of adverse event that related with unexpected consumables was improved.Conclusion:The established system of traceability management of medical consumables can realize a series of functions include integrity checking of information,risk early warning,problem tracing and expiration date warning.It provides an informatization platform that can depth analyze the causes of adverse events of consumables.It has a certain reference value for the construction of similar systems.
