某铅酸蓄电池企业职业病防护措施分析与评价

Evaluation on Occupational Disease Protection Measures of A Lead-acid Battery Enterprise

目的对某铅酸蓄电池企业职业病防护措施进行评价,提出针对性改进措施。方法采用职业卫生调查、职业病危害因素检测对该企业职业病防护设施和职业卫生管理措施进行分析评价。结果该企业主要职业病危害因素铅烟、铅尘、硫酸合格率分别为60%、40%和100%,铅烟铅尘通风防护设施效果差,现场管理混乱。结论只有工程防护设施与管理措施双管齐下,才能从源头上控制职业病危害,减少职业病的发生,保护劳动者健康。

Objective To analyze the occupational disease protection measures in a lead-acid battery company,in order to propose targeted improvement measures.Methods This study analyzed and evaluated the occupational disease protection facilities and occupational health management measures of the enterprise by using occupational health surveys and detection of occupational disease hazard factors.Results The major occupational hazards of this enterprise were 60%,40%,and 100%of the qualified rates of lead smoke,lead dust,and sulfuric acid,respectively.Lead smoke and lead dust ventilation protection facilities were ineffective and the site management was disordered.Conclusion Only with the two-pronged approach of engineering protection facilities and management measures,the occupational disease hazards could be controlled and eliminated from the root,the occupational diseases could be prevented,and the workers’health could be protected.
