降低增压机级间密封泄露技术的研究

Research on the Technology of Reducing the Leakage of Inter Stage Seal of Supercharger

文章主要介绍改造机组级间、段间密封,把接触碳环密封、并更换级间密封替换原来设计的梳齿密封,减少级间串气,减少机内气体的损失,提高增压机的排气量,从而改变机组的运行效率。

This paper mainly introduces the modification of the inter-stage and inter-stage seals of the unit,which is changed from the original design of the comb seal to the contact carbon ring seal,and the replacement of the inter-stage seals to reduce the gas between the stages and reduce the gas loss,so as to improve the exhaust volume of the supercharger,thus changing the operating efficiency of the unit.
