摘要
文章针对气化洗涤塔内洗涤水温度较低,进而导致洗涤水与合成气换热温差增大、洗涤塔出口合成气升温速度慢、开车时间延长,并且洗涤塔出口的合成气温度最高仅能达到178℃的问题进行研究,提出了提高气化出口合成气温度的改进方法。通过改造实施,产生了良好的效果。
In this paper,the temperature of the washing water in the gasification washing tower is lower,which leads to the increase of the heat exchange temperature difference between the washing water and the syngas,the slower heating rate of the syngas at the outlet of the washing tower,and the longer driving time,and the syngas temperature at the outlet of the washing tower can only reach the highest.The problem of 178℃was studied and an improved method for increasing the temperature of the gasification outlet syngas was proposed.Through the transformation and implementation,good results have been produced.
