Experimental Results of Increasing Drilling Speed by Sidetracking in 118mm Borehole in Liao River Oil Region

摘要 在侧钻井中,118mm井眼的钻进速度一直是耽误施工进度的一个大的障碍,本文详细介绍了通过增加钻井液润滑性,增加钻进排量,降低环空压耗,使用PDC钻头替换牙轮钻头等几个方面提升钻进速度。实验结果表明:通过以上方法,有效的降低了磨阻,减少了起下钻时间,提升了机械钻速,达到了预期效果。 drilling speed of 118mm hole is always a big obstacle to delay construction progress in sidetrack drilling.This paper introduces in detail how to increase drilling fluid lubricity,increase drilling displacement and reduce annular pressure consumption,using PDC bit to replace roller bit to increase drilling speed.The experimental results show that the method can effectively reduce the wear resistance,reduce the trip time,increase the penetration rate,and achieve the desired effect.
