粤西蔗区无人机喷施甘蔗增糖剂应用研究 被引量:4

Foliar Application of Sugar-increasing Agent by Unmanned Aerial Vehicle onSugarcane in the West of Guangdong Province

摘要 在粤西蔗区以粤糖61号(粤糖03-373)和粤甘50号(粤糖08-776)甘蔗品种为材料,通过无人机进行叶面喷施不同甘蔗增糖剂(自主开发的增糖剂1、增糖剂2、增糖剂3,以及商业产品乙烯利和草甘膦)及清水作为对照,研究其对甘蔗产量和糖分的影响。研究结果表明:各种增糖剂对2个甘蔗品种的产量无显著影响,而对蔗糖分具有一定的提升作用,同时可以降低还原糖含量。其中,增糖剂3的增糖效果最好,2个品种甘蔗在喷施增糖剂3后20、40和60天时的平均蔗糖分比清水对照处理分别提高了0.70、0.84和0.63个百分点(绝对值),以喷施后40天左右收获效果最佳。本研究可以为无人机喷施甘蔗增糖剂研究和应用提供参考。 Five different sugar-increasing agents(Sugar-increasing agent 1,2,3 with independent development,and commercial products:Ethephon,Glyphosate)and water as control were used for foliar application with two sugarcane varieties“Yuetang 61(Yuetang03-373)”and“Yuegan 50(Yuetang08-776)”by UAV in the west of Guangdong Province to investigate the effects on sugarcane yield and sucrose content.The results showed that all kinds of sugar-increasing agents had no significant effect on the cane yield of the two varieties of sugarcane,but increased the sucrose content and decreased the reducing sugar content.Among them,sugar-increasing agent 3 was the best to promote the sucrose content.The average sucrose content of the two sugarcane varieties at 20,40 and 60 days after spraying with sugar-increasing agent 3 was significantly increased 0.70,0.84 and 0.63 percentage(absolute value)respectively compared with that of the control treated with water,and the effect of 40 days after spraying was the best.This study can provide references for the research and application of sugar-increasing agent spraying by UAV.
