摘要
简述了海藻糖的化学结构以及生物学功能,对我国海藻糖生产方法的最新研究进展进行了概述,包括微生物提取法、微生物发酵法、基因工程法和酶转化法;同时介绍了用于海藻糖定性定量分析的方法,如蒽酮比色法、纸层析法、薄层层析法、DNS比色法、高效液相色谱法等;以期为海藻糖获得更广泛的应用提供参考。
The chemical structure and biological function of trehalose were reviewed in this paper,the recent research progress of trehalose production in China was summarized,including microbial extraction,microbial fermentation,gene engineering and enzyme transformation.Meanwhile,the methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis of trehalose were introduced,such as anthrone colorimetry,paper chromatography,thin-layer chromatography,DNS colorimetry,high-performance liquid chromatography,etc.It was expected to provide a reference for the wider application of trehalose.
