地榆不同部位总三萜含量及抗氧化活性 被引量:2

Antioxidant Activity and Content of Total Triterpenoids from Different Parts of Sanguisorba officinalis L.

摘要 比较地榆不同部位总三萜的含量,测定地榆不同部位总三萜的抗氧化活性,为进一步开发和利用地榆资源提供科学支撑。以地榆的根、茎和叶为作为试验的研究对象,测定其不同部位的总三萜含量,采用清除1,1-二苯基-2-苦基肼自由基(DPPH·)法测定地榆不同部位中总三萜抗氧化活性,Vc作为阳性对照。结果表明,地榆根、茎、叶中总三萜的含量分别是3.06 mg/g、3.93 mg/g、3.81 mg/g。地榆茎中总三萜含量最高。体外抗氧化试验结果表明,地榆不同部位对DPPH·的清除能力大小为:茎>根>叶>Vc。地榆茎中总三萜对于DPPH·的清除能力最强,地榆总三萜含量与抗氧化活性呈显著正相关,表明地榆总三萜的抗氧化活性与三萜的含量有关。本研究表明地榆中不同部位中总三萜的含量和抗氧化活性有显著差别,为地榆不同部位的合理应用提供科学依据。 The content of total triterpenoids from different parts of Sanguisorba officinalis L.was compared and the antioxidant activity was determined,which provided the scientific support for development and utilization of resources of Sanguisorba officinalis L..Taking Sanguisorba officinalis L.of roots,stems and leaves as experimental subjects,the content of total triterpenoids from different parts of Sanguisorba officinalis L.was determined.And antioxidant activities of the total triterpenoids were evaluated by the method of scavenging ability on 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazylfree radicals(DPPH·)with vitamin C as positive control.The results showed that the content of total triterpenoids from roots,stems and leaves of Sanguisorba officinalis L.was 3.06 mg/g,3.93 mg/g and 3.81 mg/g respectively.The content of the total triterpenoids from stems of Sanguisorba officinalis L.was much higher than that from roots and leaves.The results of antioxidant activities in vitro showed that the order of scavenging ability of different parts of Sanguisorba officinalis L.to DPPH free radicals was:stem>root>leaf>Vc.The ability of the total triterpenoids from stems of Sanguisorba officinalis L.to scavenge DPPH free radicals was the best.The content of the total triterpenoids from Sanguisorba officinalis L.was significantly and positively correlated with antioxidant activity,demonstrating that the antioxidant activity of Sanguisorba officinalis L.related to the content of triterpene.This study showed that the content and antioxidant activity of total triterpenes in different parts of Sanguisorba officinalis L.were significantly different,which could provide the scientific basis for the reasonable application of different parts of Sanguisorba officinalis L.
