噬菌体在脓毒症治疗中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 噬菌体可以直接裂解细菌对抗脓毒症,同时还可以通过免疫调节效应影响患者自身对病原菌的反应,起到协同对抗感染的作用。在抗生素的耐药性逐渐升高的情况下,噬菌体受到了中外研究者的广泛关注。随着噬菌体研究的深入,以及相关临床试验的不断开展,我们相信将噬菌体应用于脓毒症的治疗指日可待。 Phages can fight against sepsis through directly lysing the bacteria and influence the patients′self-response to the pathogens through the immunomodulation effects in a coordinated way.Under the situation of the rising antimicrobial resistance,phage has attracted wide attention of researchers at home and abroad.Along with the development of researches and clinical related trials,we believe phage therapy in sepsis treatment can be expected soon in the future.
