甲状腺超声与超声引导下细针穿刺细胞学检查在恶性结节诊断中的临床意义

Clinical significance of thyroid ultrasound and ultrasound guided fine needle aspiration cytology in the diagnosis of malignant nodules

目的探讨甲状腺结节超声检查与超声引导下细针穿刺细胞学检查在恶性结节诊断中的临床价值。方法选取2017年1月-2019年6月期间在本院接受甲状腺超声和超声引导细针穿刺细胞学检查的115例患者为研究对象。对患者结节的超声诊断和病理诊断结果进行统计分析。结果纳入研究的115例患者中,超声诊断恶性结节的为8例(7%),而细针穿刺细胞学检查诊断为恶性结节的为10例(8.7%)。结论超声诊断甲状腺结节疾病患者诊断准确率较高,对诊断不确定,怀疑恶性病变者,如符合指征,建议行超声引导下细针穿刺活检术,此检查诊断效能较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrasonography of thyroid nodules and ultrasound-guided puncture cytology in the diagnosis of malignant nodules. Methods 115 patients who received thyroid ultrasound and ultrasound-guided fine needle biopsy cytology in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the study subjects. The results of ultrasonic diagnosis and pathological diagnosis were statistically analyzed. Results Among the 115 patients included in the study, 8 patients(7%)were diagnosed as malignant nodules by ultrasound, while 10 patients(8.7%)were diagnosed as malignant nodules by fine needle puncture cytology.Conclusion Ultrasonic diagnosis of thyroid nodule disease patients with high diagnostic accuracy, diagnosis is uncertain, suspected malignant lesions, if meet the indications, it is recommended to conduct ultrasound-guided fine needle puncture biopsy, this examination diagnostic efficiency is higher.
