关节镜微骨折术治疗老年膝关节软骨损伤的效果评价

Evaluation of arthroscopic microfracture in the treatment of knee joint cartilage injury in the elderly

目的研究关节镜微骨折术应用在老年膝关节软骨损伤患者治疗中的价值。方法纳入2013年1月-2018年6月期间收治的60例老年膝关节软骨损伤患者展开研究,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组30例采用关节镜下清理术,观察组30例采用关节镜微骨折术。将两组的膝关节功能评分、临床疗效、并发症发生率进行比对。结果观察组老年膝关节软骨损伤患者术后美国特种外科医院(HSS)膝关节功能评分、Tegner膝关节运动功能评分以及临床总有效率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组之间对比并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对老年膝关节软骨损伤患者采用关节镜微骨折术治疗安全有效,有助于关节功能的恢复。

Objective To study the value of arthroscopic microfracture in the treatment of elderly patients with knee joint cartilage injury. Methods Sixty elderly patients with knee joint cartilage injury admitted between January 2013 and June 2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, and 30 patients in the control group underwent arthroscopic debridement. For example, arthroscopic microfracture was used. The knee function scores, clinical efficacy, and complication rates were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the knee joint function score, Tegner knee joint function score and total clinical effective rate of the American Special Surgery Hospital(HSS)were higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of contrast complications between the two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion Arthroscopic microfracture is safe and effective for elderly patients with knee cartilage injury, which is helpful for the recovery of joint function.
