一株骆驼刺内生真菌LTCY3的鉴定与抑菌活性初筛 被引量:1

摘要 目的一株骆驼刺内生真菌LTCY3的鉴定及抑菌活性初筛,为今后开发利用新的微生物资源提供科学依据。方法对一株从骆驼刺叶中分离获得的骆驼刺内生真菌(LTCY3)进行形态学观察,并利用ITS序列测定方法对其进行鉴定,用菌饼法检测其抑菌活性。结果经序列测定和数据库比对,LTCY3被鉴定出为曲霉菌属(Aspergillus sp);抑菌结果发现LTCY3对金黄色葡萄球菌、粪肠球菌、大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌圈的直径分别为15.00±0.52 mm、11.33±0.58 mm、11.67±0.20 mm和13.33±0.31 mm。结论本研究在药用植物骆驼刺中分离获得的一株曲霉属(Aspergillus sp)内生真菌对临床常见的致病菌具有潜在抑菌活性,且抑菌活性相对广泛,该研究对于植物内生菌的抑菌药物开发和利用提供了科学依据和研究基础。 Objective To identify the endophytic fungi from Alhagi sparsifolia and explore their antibacterial activities,to provides scientific basis for the development and utilization of new microbial resources in the future.Methods This endophytic fungus(LTCY3)was isolated from the leaf of Alhagi which was observed morphologically,identified by ITS sequencing method,and its antibacterial activity was detected by bacteria cake method.Results Through sequence analysis and database comparison,ltcy3 was identified as Aspergillus sp.the results of bacteriostasis showed that the diameter of bacteriostatic circle of ltcy3 against Staphylococcus aureus,Enterococcus faecalis,Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were 15.00±0.52 mm,11.33±0.58 mm,11.67±0.20 mm and 13.33±0.31 mm,respectively.Conclusion An endophytic fungus of Aspergillus sp is isolated from the medicinal plant camelthorn which has potential antibacterial activity against common clinical pathogenic bacteria,and its antibacterial activity is relatively extensive.This study provides scientific basis and research basis for the development and utilization of antimicrobial drugs of endophytic bacteria.
