13828例小儿呼吸道感染病原体IgM九联检的检测结果分析

Analysis of 13828 cases of pathogen IgM of respiratory tract infection in children

目的回顾性分析乌鲁木齐儿童医院2018年住院患儿9种呼吸道病原体感染的临床分布情况,为临床儿童呼吸道感染的诊治提供依据。方法采用间接免疫荧光法检测血清中9种病原体的IgM抗体。结果在检测的13828例患者中,检出阳性数为4087例,阳性率29.55%,其中男性患儿阳性率为24.60%,女性患儿阳性率为36.47%。其中阳性率最高的是肺炎支原体,阳性率为21.41%,其次是副流感病毒,阳性率为3.12%。在四季中呼吸道九联检阳性率最高的是春季,阳性率为34.36%,其次是夏季,阳性率为32.42%。在四个年龄段中,(3~16)岁的儿童呼吸道九联检阳性率最高,为44.36%。结论儿童呼吸道感染的主要病原体是肺炎支原体,其次是副流感病毒,且引起儿童呼吸道病原体感染与年龄、性别、季节有关。

Objective To retrospectively analyze the clinical distribution of 9 kinds of respiratory tract pathogen infection in children hospitalized in Children’s Hospital of Urumqi in 2018,so as to provide a basis for diagnosis and treatment of clinical respiratory tract infection in children.Methods Indirect immunofluorescence method was used to detect IgM antibodies of 9 pathogens in serum.Results Among the 13,828 patients,4,087 were positive,with a positive rate of 29.55%,of which 24.60% were male children and 36.47% were female children.Mycoplasma pneumoniae had the highest positive rate of 21.41%,followed by parainfluenza virus with a positive rate of3.12%.In the four seasons,the highest positive rate of respiratory nine joint tests was in spring,with a positive rate of 34.36%,followed by summer,with a positive rate of 32.42%.Among the four age groups,children aged 3-16 had the highest positive rate in respiratory tract nine joint tests,and it reached to 44.36%.Conclusion Mycoplasma pneumoniae is the main pathogen of respiratory tract infection in children,followed by parainfluenza virus,and the infection of respiratory tract pathogen in children is related to age,gender and season.
