铸魂育人思想是高校贯彻党的教育方针的基本遵循,高校思想政治课作为铸魂育人的主阵地必须重视自身作用,以新时代中国特色社会主义思想统领思想政治课教师这一关键和回归青年学生主体两个方面,完成思想政治课铸魂育人的使命。为了切实完成这一重要任务,思想政治课要以新时代中国特色社会主义思想为价值引领,明确其真理性、时代性与价值性的科学特质,教师应坚定政治站位,拓展思维能力,树立良好师德,尊重学生认知规律、面临的现实问题与自身的发展需要,培养党和国家需要的有理想、有本领、有担当的时代新人。
