活血住痛散配合可吸收钉在老年性踝关节骨折的价值分析

Analysis of HuoXue ZHuTongpowder combine with absorbable screm intreating of aged ankle fracture

目的:探讨活血住痛散配合可吸收钉在老年性踝关节骨折治疗中的价值。方法:选择84例老年性踝关节骨折患者,根据随机信封抽签原则分为观察组和对照组,每组42例,对照组采用可吸收钉内固定治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上早期给予活血住痛散配合治疗,记录2组预后恢复情况。结果:2组手术时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组的术前肢体肿胀消退时间、术后住院时间及骨折愈合时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05).观察组与对照组术后6个月的踝关节功能评分为(89.14±4.24)分和(81.45±4.89)分,均明显高于术前(64.25±5.98)分和(64.19±6.14)分(P<0.05),同时观察组术后6个月的踝关节功能评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后6个月的内固定松动、软组织感染、畸形愈合、骨髓炎、切口感染等并发症发生情况明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:可吸收钉在老年性踝关节骨折中的临床应用具有更好的微创性,配合活血住痛散可促进骨折愈合,减少并发症的发生,从而改善踝关节功能,有很好的应用价值。

Objective:To explore the value of Huoxue ZHuTong powder combined with absorbable nail in treatment of senile ankle fracture.Methods:All 84 cases with senile ankle joint fracture were divided into the observation group and the control group,42 cases in each group,the control group was treated with absorbable nail internal fixation.The observation group was given Huoxue ZHuTong powder basis on the control group in the early stage.the prognosis was recorded in the two groups Results:There was no significant difference in the time of operation between the two groups(P>0.05).The time of the swell ing and disappearance of the 1imb before operation,the time of postoperative hospitalization and the healing time of the fracture were significantly less than the control group(P<0.05).The ankle joint function scores of the observation group and the control group wer(89.14±4.24)and(81.45±4.89)scores 6 months after operation,which were significantly higher than before the operation(64.25+5.98)and(64.19±6.14)(P<0.05).At the same time,the ankle joint function scores of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after six months(P<0.05).The complications of internal fixation loosening,soft tissue infection,ma 1union,osteomyelitis and incision infection in the observation group were less than those of the control group at six months after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical application of absorbable nail in the fracture of the elderly ankle joint has a better minimally invasive,combined with Huoxue ZHuTong powder can promote fracture healing,reduce the occurrence of complications and improve the function of the ankle joint,which has good application value.
