锂离子电池用铝塑膜典型企业专利分析 被引量:3

摘要 对大日本印刷、凸版印刷、昭和电工和栗村化学等4家典型锂离子电池用铝塑膜生产企业的专利数据进行分析,研究它们与我国企业的专利申请量对比、它们的专利申请量年度趋势,并对大日本印刷、凸版印刷和昭和电工等3家企业的专利数据进行技术功效分析。大日本印刷、凸版印刷和昭和电工等的专利申请量排名前3位。近5年来,这4家典型企业的专利年均申请量较高,呈现稳步增长的态势。大日本印刷、凸版印刷和昭和电工等3家企业的研发思路主要涉及铝塑膜中铝箔层、附加层、热封层、胶黏剂层和基材层的改进,改进目标集中在耐腐蚀性能、成型性能、绝缘性、阻隔性、剥离力、热封强度和耐热性等方面。 The patent data of aluminum plastic film for Li-ion battery of four typical enterprises,such as Dainippon Printing,Toppan Printing,Showa Denko and Youlchon Chemical were studied. The comparison of patent application amount between these four enterprises and Chinese enterprises,application trend of these four enterprises,the technical means and technical efficacy distribution of Dainippon Printing,Toppan Printing and Showa Denko were analyzed. The Dainippon Printing,Toppan Printing and Showa Denko from Japan ranked first to third in patent application amount. The annual application amount of the four enterprises was high in the past five years,showed a steady growth trend. Using aluminum foil,additional layer,sealant layer,adhesive layer or base material layer to improve corrosion resistance,moldability,insulating,barrier property,peeling strength,sealing performance and heat resistance of the aluminum plastic film were technical research hotspot as to Dainippon Printing,Toppan Printing and Showa Denko.
