美军武装部队放射生物学研究所的教育训练模式及其启示

Education and Training Mode of US Armed Forces Radiobiology Research Institute and Its Enlightenment

目的探索完善我军防原医学任职教育培训体系的对策。方法介绍美军武装部队放射生物学研究所(armed forces radiobiology research institute,AFRRI)在教育培训方面的举措,对照分析我军防原医学任职教育训练中存在的一些问题并提出对策。结果AFRRI通过开设电离辐射医学效应课程、医学放射生物学咨询组提供专业咨询支持以及出版放射医学资料等3种方式来实现高效的教育训练目的。我军防原医学任职教育培训课程在保障机制、授课形式和内容以及军民融合等方面有待提高,专业咨询服务尚需畅通对话渠道,部分资源可对外开放。结论我军可借鉴AFFRI的教育训练模式,完善防原医学任职教育培训体系。

Objective To explore the countermeasures to improve the post-oriented education and training system of the nuclear protection medicine in our army.Methods The measures of the US armed forces radiobiology research institute(AFRRI)in education and training were introduced.Some problems of the post-oriented education and training of the nuclear protection medicine in our army were analyzed by comparison with AFRRI,and the countermeasures were proposed.Results AFRRI carried out the efficient education and training through offering the medical effects of ionizing radiation courses,assigning the medical radiobiology advisory team to provide professional consulting supports,and publishing materials of radiation medicine.The courses of the post-oriented education and training of the nuclear protection medicine in our army needed to improve in the guarantee mechanism,teaching form and content,and the army-civilian integration.The channels of communication should be unblocked to ensure the professional consulting services.Also,some resources could be opened to the outside.Conclusion Analyzing the measures of the AFRRI in education and training can use for reference in improving the post-oriented education and training system of the nuclear protection medicine in our army.
