军队干部健康体检信息管理系统应用研究

目的探讨军队干部健康体检信息管理系统的应用效果。方法对130余个单位的应用情况(安装部署、业务流程、数据提取及上报、报告打印、信息汇总及统计)进行分析。结果顶层设计推进了健康体检工作的信息化及智能化水平;操作流程提供了健康体检方案订制及组织实施规范;数据字典强化了体检数据的完整性及可控性;信息管理达到了主管部门管理规范要求;支撑平台保证了系统信息的安全性及可靠性。结论军队干部健康体检信息管理系统的应用对提高军队干部的健康管理工作效率和质量起到了积极的作用,对加快以健康体检为基础的预防保健工作体系建设及完善与现代卫勤相适应的军队干部健康体检制度具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the application effect of the information management system of military cadre health examination.Methods The application situation(installation and deployment,business process,data extraction and reporting,report printing,information summary and statistics)of more than 130 units were analyzed.Results The top-level design promoted the informationization and intelligence level of health examination.The operation process provided the health examination system customization and implementation norms.Data dictionary strengthened the integrity and control ability of the physical examination data.Information management meeted the requirements of the management requirements of the competent authorities.The support platform ensured the security and reliability of the system information.Conclusion The application of military health information management system for military cadres has played a positive role in improving the efficiency and quality of health management of military cadres.It is of great significance to accelerate the construction of preventive health care work system based on physical examination and perfect the physical examination system for military cadres that is suitable for modern medical service.
