摘要
建筑作为气候和能量的调节器,其围护结构具有对自然元素选择性接收和内外环境交互调控的性能。在与气候环境的适应而不是对抗的过程中,围护结构需具备更为复杂的与环境相互影响和作用的机制,本文将其归纳为"建筑围护性能机理"。根据其中主要作用与反馈路径总结出的设计策略--被动式气候调节腔层、热质动态调蓄、生态介质表皮和光热平衡遮阳,构成了交互式表皮设计的关键技术,体现出绿色建筑在表皮层面回归建筑学本体的方法路径。
The building is the regulator of climate and energy.Its envelope has the performance of selective reception to natural elements and interactive regulation of external and internal environment.In the process of adaptation to the climatic environment,rather than confrontation,the building envelope needs to have a more complex mechanism of interaction with the environment,which is summarized as "building envelope performance mechanism".The design strategies summed up according to the main functions and feedback paths,such as passive climate regulating inter-layer,thermal mass dynamic regulation,Ecological envelope and photothermal balance shading,constitute the key technologies of interactive facade design.It reflects the method path of green building returning to architecture ontology at the facade level.
