结肠炎合并糖尿病足患者临床护理观察

目的探讨对结肠炎合并糖尿病足的患者施行临床护理干预的效果,为临床提供参考。方法抽选从2017年7月-2019年3月于该院进行诊治的患有结肠炎合并糖尿病足的患者共计42例进行研究,随机分为施行常规护理干预措施的对照组以及综合护理措施的实验组。比较不同组患者干预后营养状态以及血糖控制水平。结果实验组患者空腹血糖水平、营养状态分别为(6.46±0.63)mmol/L、(93.48±3.55)分,对照组患者空腹血糖水平(mmol/L)、营养状态(分)分别为(8.31±1.08)分、(82.63±3.59)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对结肠炎合并糖尿病足的患者施行临床护理干预措施,可以改善患者的临床症状以及营养状态,利于患者血糖水平的控制,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得进行大范围推广以及应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing intervention on patients with colitis and diabetic foot,and provide reference for clinical practice. Methods A total of 42 patients with colitis and diabetic foot who were treated in our hospital from July 2017 to March 1919 were randomly selected and divided into control groups for routine nursing interventions and comprehensive nursing measures. test group. The nutritional status and blood glucose control levels of the different groups of patients were compared. Results The fasting blood glucose level and nutritional status of the experimental group were(6.46±0.63)mmol/L and(93.48±3.55)points, respectively. The fasting blood glucose level(mmol/l)and nutritional status(minutes) of the control group were(8.31±1.08), respectively. The score was(82.63±3.59), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical nursing intervention for patients with colitis and diabetic foot can improve the clinical symptoms and nutritional status of patients, and it is beneficial to the control of blood glucose levels. It has high clinical application value and is worthy of wide-scale promotion and application.
