足踝骨折患者院内急诊护理分析

Hospital Emergency Nursing Analysis of Patients with Foot and Ankle Fracture

目的对足踝部骨折患者院内急诊护理进行探究与分析。方法选取该院2016年4月-2018年7月该院接受治疗的足踝部骨折患者98例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组患者49例,对照组患者接受常规模式护理,观察组患者给予院内急诊护理,统计两组患者因护理不当导致的病情恶化和事故纠纷等不良事件发生概率,比较两组患者入院后创伤评估时间及住院治疗时间,并采用填写调查问卷的方式对患者护理满意度进行统计。结果与对照组(12.24%)相比,观察组患者均未发生不良事件;对照组患者创伤评估时间及住院时间显著高于观察组,同时观察组患者护理满意度(91.84%)明显高于对照组(79.59%)。结论院内急诊护理能够大大缩短患者住院时间,有利于患者健康的恢复,对临床应用具有重要意义。

Objective To explore and analyze the hospital emergency nursing of patients with foot and ankle fractures.Methods 98 cases of patients with hip fracture were selected as the research object in our hospital between April 2016 and July 2018 for treatment of ankle, they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, patients in 49 cases in each group.Control group patients received conventional nursing mode and observation group patients give the hospital emergency room care.Two groups of patients of deterioration and accidents caused by improper nursing disputes.Theprobability of adverse events were counted, to compare two groups of patients admitted to hospital after trauma evaluation time and hospitalization time, and adopt the way of fill in the questionnaire on patients nursing satisfaction. Results No adverse events occurred in the observation group compared with the control group(12.24%).The evaluation time and hospitalization time of patients in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group, and the nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group(90%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(70%).Conclusion Hospital emergency nursing can greatly shorten the hospital stay of patients, it is conducive to the recovery of patients’ health, is of great significance to clinical application.
