摘要
目的分析评价复杂踝关节损伤应用MRI与多层螺旋CT诊断临床价值。方法该次将该院于2018年1月-2019年1月收治的复杂踝关节损伤患者100例作为研究的对象,依次采取MRI诊断、多层螺旋CT诊断,以临床病理检查结果为"金标准",进一步比较两组临床诊断效果。结果 (1)以临床病理检查结果为"金标准",在诊断确诊率方面,多层螺旋CT为100.00%,明显高于MRI诊断的89.00%,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)在漏诊率及误诊率方面,观察组分别为0.00%、0.00%,对照组分别为5.00%、6.00%;观察组漏诊率及误诊率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在复杂踝关节损伤临床诊断中,多层螺旋CT诊断的应用价值优于MRI诊断,确诊率更高,能够控制漏诊及误诊的发生;因此,可将多层螺旋CT诊断作为首选诊断方法。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical value of MRI and multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of complex ankle injury. Methods 100 patients with complex ankle joint injuries admitted to our hospital from January2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects. MRI diagnosis and multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis were adopted in turn. The results of clinical pathology were taken as the "golden standard" to further compare the clinical diagnostic effects of the two groups. Results 1.The diagnostic accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT was 100.00%, which was significantly higher than that of MRI(89.00%). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). 2.In terms of missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate, the observation group was 0.00%, 0.00%, and the control group was 5.00%, 6.00%. The missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of complex ankle joint injury, multislice spiral CT diagnosis is superior to MRI diagnosis, with a higher diagnostic rate, and can control the occurrence of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis. Therefore, multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis can be used as the preferred diagnostic method.
