温水足浴配合足底按摩对原发性高血压患者的影响观察

Effect of Warm Water Foot Bath Combined with Foot Massage on Patients with Essential Hypertension

目的研究对原发性高血压患者施行足浴配合足底按摩的价值。方法选择从2017年11月-2019年1月在该院确诊并进行治疗的原发高血压患者总共80例进行观察和研究。随机分为两个小组,对照组采用常规降压治疗,实验组在常规降压治疗的基础上联合足浴及足底按摩治疗,两组患者数目相同,比较经过差异化护理干预后,组间患者疾病症状的评分、以及不良反应的发生差异。结果实验组临床治疗后血压及心率水平较对照组患者改善显著,患者治疗后各种症状的评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对原发高血压患者施行足浴及足底按摩治疗,有利于患者高血压相关症状的改善,加强临床治疗的效果,利于构建和谐的医患关系,可以作为高血压临床治疗之外的辅助干预方法。

Objective To study the value of foot bath combined with foot massage in patients with essential hypertension.Methods A total of 80 patients with primary hypertension who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from November2017 to January 2019 were selected for observation and study. They were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with conventional antihypertensive therapy. The experimental group was treated with foot bath and foot massage on the basis of conventional antihypertensive therapy. The number of patients in the two groups was the same.After the differential nursing intervention, the patients in the group were compared. The score of the disease symptoms and the difference in adverse reactions. Results The blood pressure and heart rate of the experimental group were significantly improved after the clinical treatment. The scores of various symptoms after treatment were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of foot bath and foot massage in patients with primary hypertension is beneficial to the improvement of hypertension-related symptoms, strengthen the effect of clinical treatment, and help to establish a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients. It can be used as an auxiliary intervention in clinical treatment of hypertension. method.
