丹参多酚酸盐联合低分子肝素钙治疗ICU气滞血瘀型下肢深静脉血栓患者的临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Salvia Miltiorrhizae Polyphenolates Combined with Low molecular Weight Heparin Calcium in the Treatment of ICU Patients with Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Limbs with Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis

目的观察和研究丹参多酚酸盐联合低分子肝素钙治疗ICU气滞血瘀型下肢深静脉血栓患者的临床疗效。方法该次研究选择2017年4月-2019年4月期间来该院治疗的气滞血瘀型下肢深静脉血栓患者65例,将其按照随机法进行分组,分为实验组(n=33)和比对组(n=32)。实验组患者接受丹参多酚酸盐联合低分子肝素钙治疗,比对组仅接受低分子肝素钙治疗,比对两组患者在治疗前后下肢股静脉阻塞情况、凝血功能指标以及治疗效果,结果治疗后,实验组患者的下肢股静脉阻塞情况显著优于比对组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的治疗有效率显著高于比对组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹参多酚酸盐联合低分子肝素钙治疗ICU气滞血瘀型下肢深静脉血栓患者的治疗效果较好,能有效缓解下肢股静脉阻塞情况,应用和推广价值高。

Objective To observe and study the clinical effect of salvia miltiorrhizae polyphenolates combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium in the treatment of ICU patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs with qi stagnation and blood stasis. Methods In this study, 65 patients with qi-stagnation and blood-stasis type of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis who came to our hospital for treatment from April 2017 to April 2019 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group(n=33) and comparison group(n=32).Experimental group patients received salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenols acid salt combined low molecular heparin calcium treatment, control group only treated with low molecular heparin calcium, comparing two groups of patients in the treatment of lower limb vein occlusion of case before and after treatment, blood coagulation function index and effect. Results After treatment, the experimental group patients with lower extremity venous obstruction was significantly better than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The treatment efficiency of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhizae polyphenolates combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium in the treatment of ICU patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities with qi stagnation and blood stasis can effectively alleviate the femoral vein obstruction of lower extremities, which has high application and promotion value.
