恶性肿瘤患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的早期诊断与防治

Early Diagnosis and Prevention of Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Limbs in Malignant Tumor Patients

目的探讨恶性肿瘤患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的早期诊断与防治。方法选取了2017-2019年收治的恶性肿瘤患者64例,探讨分析早期诊断,早期治疗的效果和防治的情况。结果在经过此次治疗后显示,此次观察研究的患者64例,治疗显效的有78.33%。治疗有效的有18.33%,在治疗3周后显示,患者治疗的总有效率为96.66%,在患者治疗期间均未发生有出血的情况,均顺利出院。结论对恶性肿瘤患者发生下肢深静脉血栓进行及早诊断和治疗防治,取得的效果显著。

Objective To investigate the early diagnosis and treatment of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs in patients with malignant tumors. Methods 64 patients with malignant tumors admitted from 2017 to 2019 were selected to discuss and analyze the early diagnosis, the effect of early treatment and the situation of prevention and treatment. Results After the treatment, 64 patients were observed and studied, 78.33% of them were effective. The effective rate of treatment was 18.33%. After 3 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate was 96.66%. No bleeding occurred during the treatment, and all patients were discharged smoothly. Conclusion Early diagnosis, treatment and prevention of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in patients with malignant tumors have achieved remarkable results.
