Objective To compare the sedative and anesthetic effects of propofol, propofol combined with midazolam anesthesia in elderly patients undergoing unilateral lower extremity surgery. Methods In our hospital in August 2017 to January 2019 old patients with unilateral lower limb surgery of 84 cases as the research object, according to the different way of sedation anesthesia is divided into two groups to observe group and control group and observation group, 42 cases in the control group, 42 cases, control group using propofol sedation anesthesia, observation group with propofol combined imidazole settle sedation anesthesia, compared two groups of different time points of the MAP and HR, intraoperative and bi sedation score(Ramsay score standard). Results Compared with the control group, the MAP and HR levels of the observation group at each time point were lower, the intraoperative sedation score was higher, and the postoperative sedation score was lower, and all the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In elderly patients with unilateral lower limb surgery with propofol combined imidazole valium have better sedation anesthesia effect, intraoperative can good heart rate, arterial pressure and sedative effect, postoperative sedation anesthesia effect can be removed, as soon as possible to regain consciousness, reduces the sedation anesthesia drug toxicity reaction, have high clinical application value, can be further promoted.
