肾病综合征合并下肢深静脉血栓形成的危险因素及护理策略分析

Risk Factors and Nursing Strategies of Nephrotic Syndrome Complicated with Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Wxtremities

目的探讨肾病综合征合并下肢深静脉血栓形成的危险因素及护理策略。方法研究对象来自该院2018年1月-2019年3月接收的肾病综合征合并下肢深静脉血栓患者,随机纳入60例患者为对象,详细分析患者出现下肢深静脉血栓的危险因素,并用单盲法将60例对象分成2组各30例,对照组以常规护理干预,而观察组以针对性护理干预,比较2组的护理效果。结果年龄≥50岁、大量/长时间用激素、近3年血栓史、心血管疾病以及免疫系统疾病等情况是肾病综合征患者形成下肢深静脉血栓的危险因素;观察组的护理效果相较于对照组优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾病综合征患者常因为年龄大和大量/长时间用激素、近3年血栓史、心血管疾病和免疫系统疾病等因素形成下肢深静脉血栓,采用针对性护理干预的效果明显,对患者的病情有着良好的防治作用。

Objective To explore the risk factors and nursing strategies of nephrotic syndrome complicated with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities. Methods 60 patients with nephrotic syndrome complicated with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity received in our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were randomly enrolled. The risk factors of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity were analyzed in detail. Sixty patients were divided into two groups with 30 cases each by single blind method. The control group received routine nursing intervention. The observation group used targeted nursing intervention to compare the nursing effect of the two groups. Results Age(>50 years old), hormone abuse/prolonged use, thrombosis history in recent 3 years, cardiovascular disease and immune system diseases were the risk factors of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in patients with nephrotic syndrome. The nursing effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Nephrotic syndrome patients often suffer from deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities due to factors such as age, large amount of hormone, thrombosis history in recent 3 years, cardiovascular diseases and immune system diseases. The effect of targeted nursing intervention is obvious, and it has a good preventive and therapeutic effect on the patient’s condition.
