经跗骨窦小切口复位内固定术治疗跟骨骨折的效果探讨

The Effect of Small Incision Reduction and Internal Fixation Via Tarsal Sinus in the Treatment of Calcaneal Fracture

目的探讨分析跟骨骨折采用经跗骨窦小切口复位内固定术(Reduction and internal fixation through small incision of tarsal sinus,RIFSITS)治疗的临床效果。方法对该院2016年8月-2019年2月诊断为跟骨骨折的56例患者采取随机方式分组,对照组进行L型切口复位内固定术(L-shaped incision reduction and internal fixation,LsIRIF),观察组进行RIFSITS治疗。结果观察组与对照组在VAS评分、跟骨宽度、Bohler角、Gissane角以及并发症情况方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论跟骨骨折患者采用RIFSITS治疗疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of treatment of calcaneal fracture by small incision reduction and internal fixation via tarsal sinus(Reduction and internal fixation through small incision of tarsal sinus,RIFSITS). Methods From August 2016 to February 2019,56 cases of calcaneal fracture diagnosed in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with L-shaped incision reduction and internal fixation(L-shaped incision reduction and inte). Rnal fixation,L-sIRIF), the observation group was treated with RIFSITS. Results There were significant differences in VAS score, calcaneal width, Bohler angle, Gissane angle and complications between the observation group and the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion RIFSITS is effective in the treatment of calcaneal fracture.
