摘要
介绍偏二氟乙烯精馏塔的工艺特点及操作控制过程中存在的诸多问题,针对这些问题设计开发先进控制器对其进行自动控制。本文详细说明了先进控制器的整体结构,各变量之间的模型关系,压力补偿温度方法的运用,且应用先进控制器对偏二氟乙烯精馏塔的控制效果有着非常显著的改善,关键被控变量标准差均下降60%以上,投用率超过97%,极大降低了人工操作量,保障了车间生产的平稳性。
It was introduced the process characteristics of the vinylidene fluoride distillation column and problemes in the operation and control process. For these, we designed and developed an advanced process controller on the column for intelligent automatic control. This article described the overall structure of the advanced process controller, the relationship of these mutual variables, the application of pressure-compensated temperature. The control performance of vinylidene fluoride distillation column was significantly imporved by the advanced process controller, with the standard deviation of the key controlled variables were reduced by more than 60%, the running rate of the advanced process controller was over 97%, which has reduced operator workload significantly and entured the smoothness of workshop production.
