摘要 为了研究分析居民在社区食堂的用餐行为习惯,并给街道在食堂建设规划中提供建议与反馈,以静安区某街道一卡通系统中的食堂消费数据为数据源,经过数据处理、数据挖掘、数据分析等流程,对该街道近6个月的食堂消费数据进行可视化、聚类、关联分析,从中得出居民用餐时间与所选菜品单价的关系,以及所选不同种类菜品之间的关联规则。研究内容易于理解,且可以投入实际应用,辅助街道食堂建设,为街道了解居民生活水平并作出相应反馈和改进提供决策支持。 In order to study and analyze the dining habits of residents in community canteens as well as provide suggestions and feedback to the street in the canteen construction planning, this paper takes the dining room consumption data of a street card system in Jing′an District as the data source. It analyzes through data processing, data mining, data analysis and other processes, and does visualization, clustering and correlation analysis of the six-month canteen consumption data of the street in order to work out the relationship between meal time and unit price of selected dishes and the association rules between different kinds of dishes were obtained. The content of this study is easy to understand, and can be put into practical application to assist the construction of street canteens. It can also provide decision support for the street to understand the living standards of residents and make corresponding feedback and improvement.
