Background Risk, Family Farm’s Characteristics and Invest of Risky Financial Asset

本文以家庭农场为研究对象,基于江西和上海两地的调研数据,以背景风险为切入点,同时引入包括财富情绪的家庭农场特征变量,分别采用Logit模型和Tobit模型,探讨家庭农场的风险金融资产投资行为。研究表明:各变量主要通过替代效应、挤出效应、流动性效应、财富效应、金融服务的可得性及便利性、金融教育和宣讲、财富情绪等机制或渠道,最终对家庭农场风险金融资产投资决策行为产生影响。为了促进家庭农场的风险金融资产投资行为,首先要减少家庭农场所面临的收入和健康不确定性,提高新农合和新农保制度的质量,降低新农合和新农保的参与成本;其次要推进和完善农村宅基地住房抵押和农村土地经营权抵押制度;再次要加大对家庭农场的扶持和资助;最后,要解决农村金融服务的可得性和便利性问题,加强农村的金融教育以及金融产品的宣讲,多渠道减轻家庭农场的后顾之忧,提升家庭农场的财富情绪。

Based on the survey data of Jiangxi’s and Shanghai’s family farms, this paper takes the background risk as the breakthrough point, and introduces family farm’s characteristics and wealth emotion variable, and uses Logit model and Tobit model to explore the investment behavior of risky financial asset in family farms. The research shows that the variables mainly affect the decision-making behavior of the family farm’s risky financial asset investment through the substitution effect, the extrude effect, the liquidity effect, the wealth effect, the availability and convenience of financial services, the financial education and preach, and the wealth emotion. In order to promote the investment behavior of risky financial asset of family farms, it is necessary to reduce the uncertainty of income and health faced by family farms, improve the quality of the new rural cooperative and new agricultural insurance system, and reduce the participation cost;secondly, we should promote and improve the housing mortgage and rural land management mortgage system;thirdly, increase the support and assistance to family farms;finally, we should solve the availability and convenience of rural financial services, strengthen the rural preaching of financial education and products, reduce the worries of family farms in many ways, and improve the wealth mood of family farms.
