Transforming Teaching Models:Reflections on PISA2018

摘要 “国际学生评估项目2018”结果显示,我国四省市(北京、上海、江苏、浙江)学生阅读与教师语文教学具有显著的优势:学生爱好阅读并阅读广泛,因应信息时代要求开展数字化阅读,教师擅长使用多种有效的教学方式。四省市学与教的优势与我国教育文化传统、持续的课程与教学改革、有力的研训制度等密不可分。针对学生负担过重、归属感与满意度不高等问题,为促进学生核心素养培育与教育公平,仍需要加快转变教师的教学方式,推动教育的内生发展。 The results of the Programme for International Student Assessment(PISA)in 2018 indicate that China's four cities and provinces(Beijing,Shanghai,Jiangsu,and Zhejiang)showed significant advantages in students'learning and teachers'teaching:The students liked extensive reading,and did digital reading in response to the information age;the teachers were good at using various types of effective teaching methods.These advantages in learning and teaching are closely related to China's educational and cultural traditions,continuous curriculum and teaching reforms,and strong research and training systems.To tackle such problems as students'heavy burden of learning and their low sense of belonging and satisfaction,and promote the cultivation of their key competencies and educational equity,we need to rapidly change teaching methods and promote the endogenous development of education.
