外用西罗莫司治疗皮肤疾病的研究进展 被引量:2

Progress in treatment of skin diseases with topical sirolimus

摘要 近年来多项研究显示了外用西罗莫司治疗多种皮肤疾病的疗效,其治疗效果好、不良反应少且患者接受度高,为皮肤科医生提供了新的治疗思路。本文通过总结分析相关文献,总结浅析其用药适应证、剂型及浓度等问题,对外用西罗莫司治疗多种常见皮肤病的进展作一综述。 In recent years,a number of studies have shown the efficacy of sirolimus in the treatment of a variety of skin diseases.It has good therapeutic effect,less adverse reactions and high patient acceptance and provides a new treatment idea for dermatologists.This paper summarizes and analyzes the relevant literature,the indications,dosage forms and concentrations of sirolimus,and summarizes the progress of sirolimus in the treatment of a variety of common skin diseases.
