About the Zhuhai Terminal Project of Panyu/Huizhou Natural Gas Development Project Cause Analysis of Welding Defects in 2500m^3 Propane Ball Tank(Tk-2201D)

大连金鼎石化公司曾在南方某炼油厂终端工程2500m^3丙烷球罐(TK-2201D)顺利完成了钢制球罐组焊,取得了检验机构签发的产品数据报告。本文主要针对2500m^3丙烷球罐(TK-2201D)合格使用8年后焊接缺陷出现相关因素进行分析,阐释了丙烷球罐焊接缺陷应对的控制措施。对今后提高焊接缺陷控制技术水平都有一定的借鉴意义。

Dalian Jinding Petrochemical Company has successfully completed the welding of steel ball tank(TK-2201D) in the Zhuhai Terminal Project of Panyu/Huizhou Natural Gas Development Project, and obtained the product data report issued by the inspection agency. This paper mainly analyzes the related factors of welding defects of 2500 m^3 propane ball tank(TK-2201D), and explains the control measures for welding defects of propane ball tank. It can be used for reference to improve welding defect control technology level in the future.
