摘要
专业发展学校(PDS)的金字塔设计使其超越实验学校以及入门学校而成为美国U-S合作百年探索的第三种模式,同时也为其成为三十余年来U-S合作探索的主流模式奠定了坚实的基础。马里兰州在政策上确立了PDS的合法地位,并通过制度建设与组织协调助力PDS发展。在强有力的支持下,全州在U-S合作长效机制实践探索中实现了系统构建。马里兰大学帕克分校(UMCP)作为马里兰州大学系统的旗舰校,其PDS建设为我们从教师教育角度理解U-S合作机制建设提供了微观视角。
The Pyramid design made the PDS transcend the laboratory school and portal school model and become the third model in the over one-hundred years of universityschool partnership history in the United States,while also laid a foundation for PDS to become the mainstream partnership in the past thirty years. In Maryland,PDS has already established its position in the policy and law. In order to promote the development of PDS,the department of Maryland has strengthened institutional systems construction and improved organization and coordination. Under the strong and powerful support,the effective and sustainable mechanisms has been built up through the state-level practices. UMCP is the flag of the Maryland university system,the deeply and comprehensively presentation of the mechanisms of its PDS provides us with a micro-perspective to understand the U-S partnership.
