Research on College English Teaching Reform from the Perspective of Process Philosophy——Take Mr.Doherty Builds his Life as an Example

过程哲学作为当代哲学的一个新流派,其创始人是阿尔弗雷德·诺斯·怀海特,它的哲学基础是过程思想,强调以一种整体的、关系的、创新的、开放的思维看待事物,与中国的哲学理念有着天然的亲近。基于这个理念,笔者试图将"过程哲学"引入大学英语教学中,并以《全新版大学英语》第三册课文Mr.Doherty Builds his Life为例,通过"过程哲学"所倡导的整体的、生态的、联系的、创新的视角从几个方面探究大学英语课堂改革。

As a new school of contemporary philosophy,process philosophy is founded by Alfred north waigheit.Its philosophical basis is process thinking,which emphasizes a holistic,relational,innovative and open thinking approach to things,and is naturally close to Chinese philosophy.Based on this idea,the author tries to introduce "process philosophy" into college English teaching.Taking Mr.Doherty Builds his Life as an example in the third volume of new college English,the author explores college English classroom reform from several aspects from the perspective of holistic,ecological,connected and innovative advocated by "process philosophy".
