工学结合人才培养模式下的教学管理探究

Exploration of Teaching Management under the Mode of Training Talents by Combining Work with Learning

在教育全面深化改革下,要求学生不仅需要具备扎实的专业知识基础,同时还应当拥有较高的专业能力与综合实践技能,具有良好核心素养。因此需要大力运用工学结合人才培养模式,并加大教学管理改革力度,以此有效完成人才培养工作。基于此,该文将在阐明工学结合人才培养模式的基本内涵与重要作用的基础上,针对当前在工学结合人才培养模式下存在的教学管理问题,重点围绕基于工学结合人才培养模式下的教学管理优化路径进行简要分析研究。

Under the comprehensive deepening reform of education,students are required to have a solid foundation of professional knowledge,a higher professional ability,comprehensive practical skills and good key competence.Therefore,it is necessary to implement the cultivating pattern of"combining learning with working"and to deepen the reform of teaching management in order to realize talent-cultivation.By clarifying the basic connotation and importance of the cultivating pattern for"combining learning with working",this paper studies the existing problems in teaching management to explore the optimal path.
