就业导向下基于雄安新区建设需求的高职公共英语教学改革探索

Research on the Reform of Public English Teaching in Higher Vocational Education Based on the Construction Needs of Xiongan New Area under Employment Orientation

高职教育以市场为面向,以就业为导向,以"一技之长+综合素质"为人才培养目标。面对雄安新区建设的人才需求,高职公共英语课程教学改革应定位于"如何更好就业"的维度,深刻分析雄安新区建设对人才在能力、素质等方面的需求,开展有针对性的教学改革,方能为大学生"好就业、就业好、就好业"保驾护航。该文正是基于此,以雄安新区建设人才需求为例,开展就业导向下高职公共英语课程改革,以期提升人才培养质量。

Higher vocational education is market-oriented,employment-oriented,and the goal of training talents is "one skill + comprehensive quality".In the face of the demand for talents in the construction of Xiongan New Area,the reform of the public English curriculum in higher vocational schools should be positioned in the dimension of "how to better employment",and the needs of talents in terms of ability and quality in the construction of Xiongan New Area should be thoroughly analyzed,and targeted teaching reforms should be carried out.In order to escort college students "good employment,good employment,good employment".Based on this,this paper takes Xiongan New District as an example to carry out the public English curriculum reform in vocational colleges under the orientation of employment,in order to improve the quality of personnel training.
