校企合作范式下的高职院校创新创业生态系统构建研究

Research on the Construction of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ecosystem in Higher Vocational Collegesunder the School-enterprise Cooperation Paradigm

加强学校与企业的合作力度,提升学生的创新能力,鼓励学生自主创业,有利于帮助高职院校学生高效就业、缓解我国就业压力、推动我国经济产业优化升级等。运用问卷对湖南省S高职院校校企合作工作现状进行了深入调查,根据调查结果从高职院校、企业和政府3个角度对高职院校校企合作学生创新创业生态系统构建中存在的问题进行了深入剖析,进而提出了具体的解决措施。

To strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises,improve students’ innovation ability,encourage students to start their own business,is conducive to help higher vocational college students efficient employment,ease the employment pressure,promote the optimization and upgrading of China’s economic industry.This paper makes an in-depth investigation on the status quo of school-enterprise cooperation in S higher vocational college of hunan province by means of questionnaire,and analyzes the problems existing in the construction of the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem of school-enterprise cooperation students in higher vocational college from the perspectives of higher vocational college,enterprise and government,and then proposes specific solutions.
