校企“双主”育人背景下铁道信号自动控制专业人才培养创新探索

产教融合校企"双主"育人对提高高等职业人才培养质量有着重要的意义。该文介绍了在此背景下铁道信号自动控制专业群的专业建设与实践情况,多年的实践证明在学术大师与教学名师"双带头人"的引领下,牵头组织编制专业人才培养国家标准、专业课程标准,依托协同创新平台,以校企合作技能大师工作室为载体编制实训室建设标准、实训项目标准,不仅创新铁道信号自动控制专业人才培养模式,适应行业技术发展,同时打造了一支高水平创新型教学团队,提升了专业的核心竞争力,从而进一步扩大了在同类院校中具有鲜明行业特色的专业影响力,拓宽了东盟相关国家专业人才培养的服务渠道。

The integration of industry and the "dual-ownership" education of schools and enterprises is of great significance to the improvement of the quality of higher vocational personnel training.This paper introduces the practice of professional construction of railway signal automatic control specialty group under this background.Years of practice has proved that under the guidance of "double leaders" of academic teachers and famous teachers of teaching,Take the lead in organizing and compiling national standards and professional curriculum standards for talent training of professional groups,Relying on the platform of collaborative innovation and taking the Master Studio of school-enterprise cooperative skills as the carrier,the construction standards of the training room and the training project standards are compiled.At the same time,it has created a high-level innovative teaching team,which has enhanced the core competitiveness of the profession.
